El Dia De La Bodas (ha!)

 I think these Dia de los Muertos style wedding cake toppers from Claylindo's Etsy shop are so kitschy and unique! A bicycle? Piggybacks! The puppies?!! I can't even tell you how much I love that piggy back couple! Adorable.

And Shoes to Match

I think the idea of non-white wedding shoes is so cute! It may not be new, but I think these are fantastic examples of matching your shoes to your bouquet and/or wedding colors.

Shoulder Length

Pretty shoulder-length veils. I think the key is minimal gathering, and a little longer than the shoulder, more like to the shoulder blades.

Inspiration via Veil and Video

I had a client ask me to recreate this veil for her. I'm kind of excited to do something so avant garde.

The same client pointed me to this videographer. The wedding vidoes are totally rockin. I sat here and watched them all evening. Make sure to watch Belinda and Scott from the home page. I wish i knew the music. If anyone knows who it is, please do share! And take note of her succulent boquet. Fabulous!

Love, love, LOVE this fingertip veil with this tea length Monique Lhuillier dress. What a great length for a summer wedding. Fabulous!

These photos are from Ashley Garmon Photography, and have been featured on Wedding Chicks. The bride's veil is her grandmother's, who brought it with her when she emigrated from the Netherlands. How absolutely delightful!  

The veil is called a Mantilla veil, and is generally Spanish in design. This veil has such exquisite Dutch details.  Take a second to enlarge the pictures and admire away.
